When Sano Physiotherapy approached us to unite their digital presence, they were on the fence about how many websites they needed.
I worked with them to discuss approaches with their stakeholders, and conduct research - the approach we settled on was one cohesive platform to allowed their key services and new occupational health acquisition (Back in Action) to exist in one digital space.
But it was more than just smashing 3 websites together - they needed my help with a strategy for how these services could coexist and thrive together.
I initiated and led a comprehensive UX discovery phase, personally conducting stakeholder interviews and overseeing remote user surveys. Through persona building and detailed UX research, I established the foundation for what would become a unified yet nuanced digital platform.

Brand Architecture & User Experience
Designing Distinct Pathways Within One Platform
The complexity of bringing together two established healthcare brands demanded a careful balance between unity and individuality. I designed a system of distinct sections and navigation paths that would serve both Sano Physiotherapy and Back in Action while maintaining a coherent overall experience.
Working alongside SEO specialists, I ensured our information architecture would preserve the digital equity of each brand. My approach focused on creating clear pathways for users while preserving the unique value propositions of both brands, particularly as they served different aspects of healthcare provision.

A key part of my design vision was reimagining how users could interact with Sano's services. I designed an intuitive appointment booking interface, integrating a map-based clinic finder that transformed the user journey from search to booking. The final designs weren't just visually appealing and on brand; they created a platform that empowered both Sano's team and their users. Each interface element was crafted to ensure content management would be straightforward while providing users with seamless access to services. The result was more than just a website – it was a digital transformation that positioned Sano Physiotherapy for their next phase of growth, unifying their digital presence into one successful platform.

James oversaw the design phase of our new website, taking the dated shell of 3 companies and combining them with integrity and a keen eye for detail. He was involved in the early stages, pitching fantastic ideas and vision to win our work and then conducting stakeholder interviews to really understand our requirements. His use of Figma and communication tools was clear, well structured and thorough. I had every confidence that we were in safe hands. Branding and theming was everything to us and James handled these elemetns with skill and respect.
